This 45 minute workout is a specialized & custom – tailored program that is optimal for our clients that require intense lower body – core workouts adopting the ultimate techniques of muscle confusion from the “Indestructible Helix Cardio Machine.” The Helix Cardio machine is the latest state-of-the-art equipment in the war against FLAB. Unlike other aerobic machines, the Helix blends cardio of a traditional elliptical machine with muscle toning of the abduction/adduction machine that works inner and outer thighs, hips and butt delivering amazing leg and glut sculpting. If you are looking for exercises that target your glutes, hips, and thighs then get ready for an intense and unique workout!

The program will utilize variations of both Cardio and weight training combined with all the latest exercises in the Fitness Industry
